Panchkula, June 16 -- A woman was killed and seven others injured, including the driver, after a vehicle carrying industrial workers plunged into a gorge near Noulta village in Pinjore on Tuesday morning.
According to preliminary information, the vehicle was transporting women employees from villages in Panchkula district to a soap manufacturing company in the Parwanoo industrial belt of Himachal Pradesh. The company had arranged the vehicle for the daily commute of its workers.
