Muzaffarpur (Bihar), April 28 -- The bodies of a woman and her two minor children were recovered under suspicious circumstances from a house near Shahbazpur Math in Panapur Kariyat police station area Tuesday morning.
Deputy Superintendent of Police Suchitra Kumari said the deceased has been identified as Rita Devi (30), her two-year-old daughter Vaishnavi and her three-month-old son Kanhaiya. A rope was recovered from the scene, raising suspicion that the victims might have been strangled to death.
