Thiruvananthapuram, Sept. 23 -- The West Indies cricket team arrived at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport on Wednesday ahead of the first ODI against India, to be played at the Greenfield International Stadium here on September 27.
The arrival of the West Indies squad was confirmed by the Kerala Cricket Association and the Thiruvananthapuram airport authorities. The first batch of the squad touched down in the state ahead of the three-match ODI series.
The Shai Hope-led West Indies will take on India in the series opener, which is scheduled to begin at 2 pm. The second ODI will be played in Guwahati on September 30 and the third in New Chandigarh on October 3.
