Siliguri, Sept. 22 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Tuesday said several leading industrialists and investors from across the country were coming forward to invest in the state and help restore its lost industrial glory.
Speaking to journalists after an administrative meeting at Rabindra Bhavan in Cooch Behar, Adhikari said he had recently met industrialist Mukesh Ambani and that Gautam Adani was scheduled to visit Bengal shortly for the bhoomi pujan of one of his projects.
"Gautam Adani is coming. The bhoomi pujan of his project will take place the day after tomorrow. You will see that there will be significant investment in Bengal," Adhikari said.
