Kolkata, June 27 -- West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari visited the family of slain BJP worker Prasanta Dey in Howrah's Bagnan on Saturday.
Adhikari landed at Dey's house after 5pm and assured them that all those involved in his alleged lynching would face strict police action.
Adhikari left his residence, Shanti Kunj, at around 4 pm after spending the morning with his family and travelled to Bagnan.
During his visit, he met Dey's family members, expressed his condolences, and assured them of the state government's full support.
Reiterating his government's stand on the case, the Chief Minister said that everyone involved in the June 17 lynching would be brought to justice.
