New Delhi, March 14 -- Air India and its subsidiary Air India Express added two more flights taking a combined total to 80 scheduled and non-scheduled flights to and from the West Asia region on Saturday to maintain connectivity amid the evolving situation in West Asia.

On Friday, it flew a combined total of 78 scheduled and non-scheduled flights on the same sector.

The services are being operated across multiple routes linking Indian cities with key West Asian hubs to accommodate passenger demand and ensure continuity of travel, even as airlines remain cautious and continue to assess developments in the region.
