In Lucknow, Noida, Kanpur, Prayagraj, and Varanasi, the sky remained overcast, and intermittent showers accompanied by thunder and lightning were witnessed. In some areas, strong gusts of wind, lightning strikes, and intense storms caught residents off guard.
In the state capital, Lucknow, the day began with sunshine; however, shortly after 9am, dense black clouds suddenly enveloped the sky. Within moments, darkness descended, and rain began to fall, accompanied by strong winds.
