Falta (West Bengal), June 17 -- : The West Bengal government on Wednesday announced that the duration of the ongoing Jan Kalyan Shivir (Public Welfare Camp) being held across the state would be extended till Thursday.
The camps, which began on Monday, were earlier scheduled to wrap up on Wednesday.
Making the announcement here in South 24 Parganas district. Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari said the overwhelming public response prompted his government to extend the duration of the camps.
