Chennai, July 28 -- Farm equipment majors VST Tillers Tractors Ltd. (VTTL) on Tuesday conducted the Bhoomi pooja and groundbreaking ceremony for its new Global Tech Centre (GTC) at Hosur in Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu to be set up with an initial investment of Rs 100 crores.
The state-of-the-art facility will significantly strengthen the company's research and development capabilities and serve as its primary global hub for advanced engineering and innovation.
The new GTC has been envisioned to accelerate the development of next-generation technologies, with a strong focus on tractors, tillers, farm mechanization equipment, intelligent farm machinery for sustainable agricultural solutions using both ICE and EV drive trains.
