Hyderabad, July 2 -- Volkswagen India on Thursday expanded its aftersales footprint in Hyderabad with the inauguration of a new Volkswagen Deccan workshop at the IDA Uppal Industrial Area in the city.
In a release, the company said the new facility is aimed at strengthening its aftersales presence in one of its key South Indian markets and enhancing accessibility and customer service.
While the adjoining showroom has the capacity to display eight vehicles, the workshop is equipped with 23 service bays and is supported by a workforce of 75 service personnel and 42 sales executives.
The facility will offer a range of aftersales services, including Express Service, Mobile Service Unit support and Volkswagen Assistance.
