Vijayawada, April 30 -- : Visakhapatnam city in Andhra Pradesh is rapidly emerging as one of India's most promising IT destinations, powered by a strong local talent base and a maturing ecosystem that is increasingly attracting global technology investments.
Reinforcing this trend, Infosys has been allotted 20 acres of land in Visakhapatnam by the government to set up a facility with 7000 professionals.
Over the last two years, Infosys has scaled its workforce in Visakhapatnam from 250 employees in early 2024 to nearly 1,900 currently, with an additional 750 seats set to become operational in the near term.
