Shimla, May 28 -- A viral video showing dangerous stunt driving in Himachal Pradesh's Narkanda area has prompted swift police action, with Shimla Police issuing an e-challan against the driver for reckless behaviour on a public road.
According to Shimla police, the video surfaced on Facebook on May 28 and showed a vehicle bearing registration number HR36AL-8313 being driven at high speed in the Narkanda region.
The footage also captured a person hanging dangerously out of the vehicle's window while the vehicle was in motion, posing a serious threat to the safety of passengers and other commuters.
