Bhawani NegiShimla, Sept. 8 -- Himachal Pradesh Public Works and Urban Development Minister Vikramaditya Singh on Monday took an indirect swipe at BJP Member of Parliament (MP) Kangana Ranaut, saying that those who possess the power of the pen and knowledge of the law do not need to resort to insults or raise their voices, as authority is exercised through firm decisions and due process.
In a pointed social media message, he underlined that raising one's voice does not make an order more effective, asserting that a stroke of the pen, backed by law, is sufficient to enforce a decision.
