New Delhi, Oct. 13 -- Delhi Legislative Assembly Speaker Vijender Gupta on Tuesday called for a comprehensive, fact-based assessment of the changes in Jammu and Kashmir following the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019, linking the constitutional move to the national integration agenda pursued by Dr Shyama Prasad Mukherjee.
"Everyone should reflect upon Kashmir before 2019 and Kashmir after 2019. A comprehensive analysis must be undertaken on the basis of facts so that people can understand the significance of the changes that have taken place," Gupta said.
