Bengaluru, Oct. 4 -- Karnataka BJP president Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Sunday threatened to enter the electoral fray himself from Gubbi if the bitter factional fight within the party's local unit was not brought to an end, delivering a sharp warning to leaders that their infighting could cost the BJP the constituency.

Vijayendra's warning came after a public spat between rival groups during a BJP booth-level campaign at Chelur in Gubbi taluk, forcing him to intervene and pacify the warring supporters.
