Bengaluru, July 23 -- BJP Karnataka President Vijayendra Yediyurappa on Thursday launched a sharp attack on the Opposition over the NEET examination controversy, accusing Congress and its allies of exploiting the issue to create unrest and score political points despite the Centre taking what he described as swift and decisive action to protect students' interests.

Addressing a press conference here, Vijayendra alleged that the protests organised by Opposition parties at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi were aimed at creating "anarchy" rather than seeking justice for students. He challenged the Opposition to raise the issue in Parliament instead of staging demonstrations on the streets.
