Chennai, Sept. 10 -- In his first ever foreign visit after becoming Tamil Nadu Chief Minister, Vijay will be embarking on a week-long visit to London to scout big ticket foreign investments to attain the ambitious goal of transforming TN into a USD 1.5 trillion economy by 2036 and propel industrial and economic growth, besides job creation.
Some of the Ministers and officials have already left for London ahead of Vijay to make necessary arrangements and coordinate meetings with potential investors.
Vijay, accompanied by senior officials, will leave tonight for London via Dubai during which he was expected to meet industrialists from European countries and seek investments for Tamil Nadu.
