Chennai, March 18 -- Actor-turned-neta and Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) Founder Vijay on Wednesday evening dismissed all speculations about possible political alliances and reiterated that his party would not compromise on its secular and social justice principles.
Addressing an Iftar gathering organised by his party at Mamallapuram, about 55 km from here, he said the next government to be formed was by the TVK and urged the people to remain confident as the victory was certain.
In a brief address, he said several rumours had been floated since his entry into politics, including that he belonged to one political "team" or another.
