Mumbai, June 22 -- The Bombay High Court has granted anticipatory bail to Amiruddin Lashkar, a resident of Pune and spa owner who was named as a suspect in a case registered at the Pune Airport Police Station.
The order was passed by Justice Shivkumar Dighe.
On July 21, 2025, police conducted a raid at Victoria Thai Spa in the Pune Airport area and allegedly found that sex workers were operating there. In this case, Amiruddin Lashkar was accused in his capacity as the owner of the concerned spa.
Appearing for the accused, Advocate Harshvardhan Pawar argued that the accused was not present at the spot at the time of the alleged incident. He further stated that all the women involved in the case are adults. The investigation has been compl...
