Dharamshala, March 3 -- The ninth convocation of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh (CUHP) will be held on March 14 at the Auditorium of Government Degree College, Dharamshala.

Vice President of India, C. P. Radhakrishnan, will grace the occasion as Chief Guest.

Himachal Pradesh Governor Shiv Pratap Shukla and Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu will attend as Guests of Honour, while the ceremony will be presided over by CUHP Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Sat Prakash Bansal.

A total of 802 students, including 420 female and 382 male candidates, will be awarded degrees. This includes 37 Ph.D., 665 Postgraduate, 89 Undergraduate, and 11 M.Phil degrees.
