New Delhi, Aug. 27 -- India captain Shubman Gill acknowledged Sri Lanka's determined fightback but insisted there were plenty of positives for his young side after India secured a 1-0 win in the two-match Test series.

India had dominated large parts of the second Test in Colombo and enforced the follow-on, but Sri Lanka held on for a draw on the final day to deny the visitors a series sweep. Asked what India could have done differently after Sri Lanka's resistance, Gill said there was little his side could have changed.
