Veeramani POCSO case : Madras HC posts to Nov 10, two TVK Mins plea against the order allowing DMK to file Rs one cr defamatory suit

Chennai, Oct. 26 -- A Division Bench of the Madras High Court on Monday adjourned to November 10, the intra-court appeal filed by TVK Ministers Aadhav Arjuna and CTR.Nirmal Kumar against a Single Judge order granting leave for the main opposition DMK to initiate a Rs 1.01 crore defamatory suit against them and the ruling Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) IT Wing, for their remarks linking DMK to POCSO case against granite baron R.Veeramani of Gem Granites.

When their plea came up for hearing, the Bench of Justices N.Satish Kumar and G.K.Muthukumar adjourned it to November 10.
