Aurangabad, March 20 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary Friday said that the new four-lane road connecting Varanasi and Ranchi, passing through Aurangabad district, will significantly accelerate the region's development.

Addressing a public meeting at Munshi Bigha in Barun block of Aurangabad, Choudhary said that the district, which once faced severe Naxal issues where people hesitated to step out after evening, is now free from such problems under the NDA government's governance.
