Dehradun, Aug. 15 -- Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today announced that the government will constitute first Youth Commission in the state and provide free entrepreneurship and skill development training to the youths of the state in IITs and IIMs.
Addressing the parade and the people on the occasion of 80th Independence day in Dehradun, he made seven announcements related to the state's development and social welfare.
Dhami stated that his government will promote and come up with more self-employment schemes in coming days.
