Dehradun, June 9 -- Uttarakhand's Pushkar Singh Dhami government has done the spade work to bid final adieu to the State Madarsa Board by getting ready its promised rule manual for regulation of minority institutions from July 1.

The Dhami government has brought into effect Uttarakhand Minority Education Authority with the implementation of manual, delineating rules to regulate minority educational institutions, making it mandatory that not more than 15 per cent of the students enrolled should belong to non-minority community.

Manual categorically says "for claiming renewal of recognition of the minority institutions no more than 15 per cent students enrolled should belong to non-minority communities."According to the newly framed rules, ...
