Dehradun, Oct. 19 -- Uttarakhand's newly appointed Governor, Dr Dhal Singh Bisen has said that he will lend helping hand to the state government for protecting constitutional values and maintaining the dignity of his office.
Bisen said this after he was administered oath of the office and secrecy as ninth Governor of the state on Monday at the Lok Bhavan here.
Showering praises on state's entitlement as Devbhoomi Dr Dhal Singh Bisen said his top job in the Himalayan state will be to protect constitutional values and help the state government in advancing its developmental projects, people centric programs and schemes.
