Dehradun, Sept. 16 -- Uttarakhand police have decided to tighten security for Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dham ahead of the upcoming Kumbh mela and assembly elections.

This was decided at the state police hedquarters following a meeting of intelligence officials with the DGP on Wednesday.

Officials at the state police here have informed that following recommendation of the intelligence division plan is to commission a strong security arrangement for upcoming Kumbh Mela and Assembly elections.
