Prithviraj SinghDehradun, July 28 -- Kanwar pilgrims' vehicles will not be allowed to enter Dehradun city this Yatra season starting from July 30. Vehicles carrying Kanwar pilgrims coming from the Delhi-Dehradun Expressway and Himachal Pradesh will be diverted to other routes to reach Hardiwar.
Uttarakhand police have decided not to allow Kanwar Pilgrims's vehicles enter in state capital in order to prevent traffic congestion in Dehradun during the Yatra that begin from July 30.
A special traffic plan has been prepared to divert vehicles coming from Delhi and Himachal Pradesh to other routes to reach Haridwar through Dehradun.
