Washington, April 23 -- US lawmakers across party lines on Wednesday renewed calls for stronger global action against terrorism, with Congressman Brad Sherman urging Pakistan to act against groups such as Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), which has been linked to the 2025 Pahalgam terror attack.

Speaking at an exhibition organised by the Embassy of India in Washington, D.C. on the "Human Cost of Terrorism" at Capitol Hill, Sherman remembered the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack in which 26 people were killed last year.

The Embassy on Thursday hosted a special exhibition titled 'Human cost of terrorism' at the Cannon Caucus Room in the Cannon House Office Building.
