New Delhi/Tehran, March 15 -- The conflict between the United States, Israel and Iran intensified on Sunday as fresh Israeli airstrikes hit Iranian territory while Tehran responded with missile and drone attacks across the region, even as U.S. President Donald Trump said Washington was not yet ready to reach a deal to end the war.
