Mumbai, March 19 -- The Akhil Bhartiya Urdu Shikshak Sangh (Maharashtra) has formally urged the state government to immediately implement a Bombay High Court judgment directing that non-teaching staff of grant-in-aid schools be given the second benefit under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme (ACPS) from their original date of eligibility, rather than from January 1, 2024 as fixed by an earlier government resolution.
