Lucknow, Aug. 1 -- Uttar Pradesh Tourism will launch 'The Riding Chapters: Visit My State', a first of its kind motorcycle tourism initiative, on August 2 with Tourism and Culture Minister Jaiveer Singh flagging off a convoy of nearly 65 riders from 1090 Chauraha, Lucknow at 8 am.
The two day expedition has been designed to promote road based tourism while introducing travellers to some of Uttar Pradesh's emerging heritage destinations.
Covering nearly 330 km, the inaugural expedition will pass through Kanpur, Bindki and Banda before reaching Kalinjar Fort and concluding at Chitrakoot.
