Lucknow, July 23 -- The stakeholders' meeting of the India Bioenergy & Tech Expo 2026 was held here on Thursday under the chairmanship of Uttar Pradesh Energy Minister A K Sharma.
The meeting reaffirmed Uttar Pradesh's commitment to leading the landmark national event, with the Uttar Pradesh New and Renewable Energy Development Agency (UPNEDA) steering the Expo in partnership with the Indian Federation of Green Energy (IFGE).
Besides senior state government officials, the meeting was attended by leading bioenergy companies operating in Uttar Pradesh as well as those interested in investing in the state. The key highlights of the event were presented, and preparations for the Expo were reviewed.
