Lucknow, May 31 -- The Uttar Pradesh government has shifted its focus from providing technical training to employable rural youth to also developing their personality.
The Uttar Pradesh Skill Development Mission has released a year-long activity calendar for all residential training centres.
This calendar includes national day programs, cultural events, sports competitions, entrepreneurship sessions, digital literacy, and career workshops.
From career counselling to English-speaking and resume-building training, youth will be prepared for the corporate environment.
