Lucknow, March 14 -- The Uttar Pradesh government has initiated strict action against blackmarketing of petrol, diesel, and LPG with authorities conducting raids across the state, officials said on Saturday.
A series of checks are ongoing following the directives of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The Food and Civil Supplies Department in coordination with district administrations has cracked down on hoarders across the state to ensure uninterrupted fuel supply.
The Chief Secretary has told district magistrates that necessary steps must be taken to maintain the availability of petrol, diesel, and LPG cylinders, and that the supply chain must be kept under constant surveillance.
