Lucknow, Oct. 9 -- The Yogi Adityanath government has taken an important step towards further strengthening revenue administration in Uttar Pradesh.
The Uttar Pradesh Revenue Board has completed the online Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) process for the 2025-26 selection year, promoting 455 Lekhpals across the state to the post of Revenue Inspector (Kanungo). Posting orders for the promoted personnel will be issued soon.
Uttar Pradesh Revenue Board Chairman B.L. Meena said, "The entire promotion process was conducted online. The personnel were assessed on the basis of prescribed eligibility criteria and service records.
