Lucknow, July 25 -- The Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Education has introduced significant changes to the accreditation system for high schools and intermediate schools. The Board has decided to continue the online application process for accreditation and extension throughout the year.
However, institutions must complete all prescribed norms and formalities by May 31 for their applications to be considered for the ensuing academic session.
Additional Chief Secretary, Basic and Secondary Education, Parth Sarathi Sen Sharma announced the changes in a special interview, saying the revised system aims to make the recognition process more flexible while giving schools greater time to apply.
