Ghazipur, April 22 -- A tense situation unfolded today in Katariya village under Karanda Police Station limits of Ghazipur when a delegation from the Samajwadi Party attempted to visit the family of a deceased teenage girl.
According to reports, villagers stopped the political leaders at the entrance of the village and denied them permission to enter, citing concerns that outside interference could further disturb the already sensitive environment. In response, Samajwadi Party leaders and workers staged a sit-in protest at the spot, escalating tensions.
