Lucknow, June 9 -- Uttar Pradesh Cabinet Minister Nand Gopal Gupta "Nandi" suffered a major setback today when Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath stripped him from the charge of the important Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA).
Now, all responsibility related to the expressway's construction and development will be directly handled by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.
According to an official order issued here, UPEIDA has been removed from the Industrial Development Department and merged with the Infrastructure and Industrial Development Department.
