Varanasi, Aug. 11 -- Nearly two months after his wife's murder in Silvassa in Dadra and Nagar Haveli, the accused husband was arrested on Monday evening in the Chandpur Industrial area of the Manduadih region by the Varanasi unit of the Special Task Force (STF) and the Silvassa police in a joint operation.
The accused was working in a factory here under a false name.
Police sources said that Rishabh Kumar Singh, a resident of Nawada district in Bihar, lived in a rented house in Silvassa with his wife, Chhoti Upadhyay. They were residents of the same village and had love marriage and started living together against the wishes of their families.
