Meetings, social media campaigns, and efforts to form a united front have intensified.
Employee leaders believe that with the Assembly elections approaching, this is a correct time to pressure the government.
Employee organisations across the state are active in demanding the restoration of the old pension system, resolving pay discrepancies, regularisation, and other pending demands. The employees' organisation will organise a Tiranga Yatra on August 21, while preparations are underway for a massive demonstration in Lucknow on September 25.
