Hyderabad, July 29 -- The University of Hyderabad (UoH), through its Empowered Committee for Differently Abled Persons (ECDAP), distributed 100 Smart Vision Glasses (Ultra Version) to visually impaired beneficiaries as part of a major Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.
Each assistive device, valued at around Rs 48,000, enables users to read text in Indian languages and English, identify people and objects, recognise currency notes, and navigate obstacles independently.
