Dimapur, March 13 -- Nagaland is expected to experience unstable weather conditions characterised by scattered thunderstorms, lightning activity, and intermittent rainfall, with localised heavy rainfall in a few districts till March 15. Several districts of the state are expected to experience localised thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and light to moderate rainfall.
The Nagaland State Disaster Management Authority (NSDMA), in its weather update, said the districts likely to be affected include Dimapur, Kohima, Wokha, Mokokchung, Longleng, Mon, Zunheboto, Tuensang, Peren and Phek.
Isolated rainfall is likely to occur at a few locations, particularly in the districts of Longleng, Mokokchung and Wokha.
