Panchkula, Aug. 18 -- Private playway schools operating without mandatory registration in Panchkula district will face immediate closure as the Women and Child Development Department prepares to launch a district-wide inspection drive to enforce child safety and regulatory norms.
District Programme Officer Dr Savita Nehra said all private playway schools in the district are required to operate in accordance with guidelines issued by the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR). Registration is mandatory for all such schools operating in Panchkula.
