New Delhi, June 11 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Thursday said that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership the nation's perspective towards farmers has evolved, and now they are no more seen as just recipients of aid, but the true foundation of India's self reliance, food security, and prosperity.
She said that under PM's leadership the welfare of the food providers has been advanced over the past 12 years with a spirit of service and empathy.
