New Delhi, March 9 -- UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres has warned against continued military strikes across the Middle East, saying the world economy is at grave risk, and the situation could spiral beyond anyone's control.
However, US President Donald Trump said it is a ''small price to pay for the US, world safety and peace, and only fools would think differently.''"It is time to stop the fighting and get to serious diplomatic negotiations," the UN Chief said, adding that the unlawful attacks by all sides are causing tremendous suffering for civilians across the whole Middle East region.
