Prayagraj, Oct. 5 -- Police brought Arman, a shooter involved in the Umesh Pal murder case, to Prayagraj on Monday morning from Bihar.
Arman was a shooter for the mafia don late Atiq Ahmed. Carrying a reward of Rs 5 lakh on his head, Arman had been lodged in Bihar's Gayaji Jail for three years, while the UP Police had been searching for him across the state and country.
Police here on Monday said Arman has been brought to Prayagraj on transit remand and is currently being kept at a secure location. The Dhoomanganj police will produce Arman in court, where the trial for the murder of Umesh Pal and his two police bodyguards is underway.
