Imphal, Aug. 6 -- Security forces arrested a self-styled 'Army Chief' of UKNA Hmar identified as RC Singson from Old Gelmol Village under Churachandpur-PS, Churachandpur district yesterday.
Police today said an AK 47 Rifle along with Magazine, one 9 mm Pistol along with Magazine, three IEDs, and two Radio sets, were recovered from him.
In another incident police today arrested one Kshetrimayum Toni Singh of Huidrom Awang Leikai, Pungdongbam, Lamlai-PS, in connection with a fatal road traffic accident that occurred earlier at Utlou Koubiliya Makhong, Tiddim Road, resulting in the death of two persons and injuries to three others.
