Hyderabad, Aug. 12 -- The Hyderabad Narcotic Enforcement Wing (H-NEW) apprehended and deported a 36-year-old Ugandan national to her country for allegedly overstaying in India and associating with drug peddlers and indulging in unlawful activities, police said on Wednesday.
The woman, identified as Nabanjja Sharon, was found moving suspiciously in the limits of Tolichowki Police Station and was apprehended by the H-NEW team.
During questioning, she allegedly failed to produce valid documents to justify her stay in Hyderaba, a police release said here.
Police said she had arrived in India on an e-Tourist Visa on March 6, 2019, through the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi. Her visa expired on May 4, 2019, while her passport rem...
