Mumbai, May 22 -- Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Uddhav Thackeray on Thursday publicly criticised Bachchu Kadu for the first time after the latter merged his Prahar Janshakti Party with the Shiv Sena led by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and accepted a berth in the Legislative Council.

Speaking at a programme organised after Prahar organisation workers from Solapur, Parbhani and Dharashiv districts joined his faction of the Shiv Sena, Thackeray said, "Calling him home and making him a minister was my mistake.
